Aroon Sequeira is the founder of Sequeira Partners, one of Western Canada’s leading Corporate Finance firms with locations in Edmonton, Calgary and Vancouver.  Aroon’s expertise includes sourcing, negotiating, and structuring mergers and acquisitions transactions; raising capital; and providing valuations and fairness opinions to private and public companies, primarily in the energy and industrial services sectors.

Over the last 25 years, Aroon has advised on several hundred transactions involving clients and counterparties in Canada, the United States, and internationally. Prior to founding Sequeira Partners, Aroon was the Edmonton managing partner for one of the Big Four accounting firms, where he also headed the Alberta mergers and acquisitions practice. Prior to that, he co-founded and subsequently sold, Synergy Partners Inc, a leading mid-market corporate finance advisory firm.  Aroon is the past chair of the Citadel Theatre board of directors and serves on the board of First Industries.  He is a graduate of the University of Alberta School of Business and holds the CPA and CBV designations.
